Day –131 — Haibun Journey Daily Thoughts — Blue Skies

This morning as I looked out to watch the birds at the feeders the skies were an unbelievable blue. A nice change to the days of dull, gray uninspiring skies. The blue was especially well set off by the male rebelled woodpecker. His brilliant red orange hood was incredible. Later as I was running errand, I enjoyed the cumulus clouds mingling with the blue skies. Despite a visual migraine limiting my peripheral vision for a while it was a beautiful day.
